Camp FAQs

Full tuition is due at the time of registration for each student for each week of camp, unless you opt for a payment plan. Camp tuition includes a non-refundable $25 registration fee. Stages will contact new students for payment information. For current students, the credit card on file will automatically be charged unless otherwise specified.

Stages Music Arts offers a payment plan that consists of monthly payments. The number of monthly payments in your plan will be determined by your registration date, with the final payment being due on the first day of camp. If you opt to participate in a payment plan, the first installment is due upon registration.

We cannot offer a refund if you withdraw from camp within 2 weeks of the start-date. Additionally, no refunds will be given if your camper fails to attend or experiences incomplete attendance for any reason.

If you cancel your registration at least 15 days from the start date campers may switch to a different camp (based on availability) or apply their balance towards account credit. There are no refunds for withdrawing from camp.

Should Stages Music Arts need to cancel a summer camp, you will have the option for a refund (excluding the $25 registration fee) or to apply your balance towards another program.

COVID Policy

As we navigate the current health crisis, we will update our COVID policies in accordance with the MD State Health Department. Please contact Stages directly for any updated policies regarding COVID procedures.

Please plan on providing packed lunches for students. There is a fridge for campers to store their lunches and a microwave available for use. We will provide a pizza party for Friday’s lunch, so please inform us of any food sensitivities to accommodate all campers’ needs. When possible, campers will eat outdoors on our beautiful garden patio; during inclement weather, the Performance Hall will be used.
