Join Ian Wysham to dive into drumming rudiments – the basic vocabulary of the drummer – to learn how to get creative with the fundamentals. You’ll build your chops, learn to play faster, learn to solo and find creative new ways to expand your drum vocabulary.
Attendees will use material from George Lawrence Stone’s book Stick Control to developing precision and control, especially with various sticking patterns.
This class will be most beneficial to ages 12+ especially those who have an understanding of music fundamentals and would benefit from developing their technique and mechanics.
