The Mount Clare Connection

Stages Music Arts presents an evening of Irish music with The Mount Clare Connection. The Mount Clare Connection plays Irish and American traditional music in regional styles from Maryland. At its core is an expansive duet between the button accordion (Peter Brice) and the fiddle (Joanna Clare), supported by the rich accompaniment on the guitar, five-string banjo and tenor banjo (Richard Osban). The ensemble's music traces legacies of Irish culture along the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, and invests renewed and newly-composed melodies into the tapestry of Irish traditional music in America.

Stages Music Arts 10 Stenersen Lane, Cockeysville, MD, United States
$30 General Admission; $15 Stages Academy Members

Stages Music Arts is thrilled to welcome our good friends and rising Americana stars Whiskey Feathers back to our performance hall stage on Friday, January 17th at 7:30 p.m. for another evening of rich harmonies, heartfelt storytelling and magnetic stage presence. Up-and-coming Americana quartet - Feather and Flask - will open the show with their own brand of roots-based grooves. A folk groove band from Havre de Grace, Maryland, Feather and Flask are heavily influenced by the indie and psychedelic jam band scenes, the genre bending quartet blends ethereal harmonies, soulful lyrics, and explorative jams for a truly unique listening experience.
