Studio-B, one of our two premiere Baltimore recording studios, features a 32-channel API 1608/1608EX automated mixing console in the control room. A pristine, relaxing space to record your next project in, the live room is about 24’ x 33’, with a 16-foot ceiling. There are two additional isolation booths, both with full views into the live room and the control room. Monitoring is via Focal Twin6 Be, Meyer HD-1 or Avantone Active Mix Cube speakers. The studio comes equipped with an extensive outboard and microphone collection, as well as a house drum kit, bass and guitar amps, and a Nord Stage 2 keyboard.
For relaxing in between takes and staying fresh during long sessions, each studio has a lounge with a kitchenette and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. Stages is also conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and music shops.
A unique, versatile feature of Studio B is our modified Leslie 122 rotating speaker organ cabinet. A Steinway Model M 5’7″ medium grand piano is housed just down the hall in our performance hall and can be utilized for overdubs remotely via Dante interface (additional charge).
